With over 200 samples, this library features all kinds of bells (ethnic bells, church bells, agogo bells, chimes, cowbells...) as well as bell-like sounds (anvil, metal pipes, singing bowls...)
The 68 Kontakt patches are organized in 7 main sets and 61 melodic instruments:

1. Ghana Bell
Handforged in Ghana and used as the foundation of all traditionnal Ewe music, this bell has an hypnotic, biting drive. The Ghana Double Bell set features both round-robin and velocity layers technics to let you enjoy the full range of this unique percussion instrument. (117 samples)
2. Church Bells
With great detail, a rich resonance and an uncanny power, the Church Bell set showcases all of the big bells samples. (13 samples)
3. Cowbells
Wether they are from the farm stall, or from the drumshop, these cowbells will provide plenty of definition and power to drive your beats! (35 samples)
4. Small Bells
The Small Bells set regroups all samples recorded from medium to small bells, as well as various chimes, toy bells and agogo bells (18 samples)
5. Various Metals
All of the sounds in the Various Metals set provide a unique, original addition to the collection. You will find samples of metal bars and pipes, anvils, kitchen pots, singing bowls… (21 samples)
6. Drumbells
The Drumbells set combines sampling technics such as ADSR enveloppes, pitching and velocity curves to provide a fascinating collection of percussive sounds, all based on bell and metal samples.
7. Sound Design
The sound design set makes great use of Kontakt's sampling power and features haunting pads, reversed bells and various sound effects.

In addition to the main sets, you will find 61 patches of chromatically playable instruments:
The finest bell samples of the collection were finely tuned to the closest key, and their pitch range was then spread over up to five octaves to create unique melodic instruments. All of these patches are also velocity responsive.
The playing range for these instrument is C1-C5.
IR REVERB SELECTOR:
Most of the samples in this collection were recorded fairly dry, with as little ambience as possible, to ensure maximum flexibility and usefulness. All patches feature a convenient reverb selector section. You can select one of the 15 included reverb impulse response, and set the amount of reverb needed. The reverbs are ordered according to size, from the early reflection sound of a small office to the huge and rich ambience of a cathedral.
